Qualification For MIDHANI Recruitment 2024:
Assistant – Level 1 (Driver):
- 10th/SSC Pass with a valid HMV/ LMV
driving license. - Min. Four years experience as a Driver Ex-servicemen preferr.
Asistant (Level 2):
Assistant – Level 2 (Fitter):
- 10th/SSC Pass + ITI Pass in Fitter Trade + NAC
- Minimum 3 years post qualification
experience in Metallurgical equipment / Operation / Maintenance of any Mechanical. - Experience in steel industry will be
preferred.
Assistant – Level 2 (Welder):
- 10th/SSC Pass plus ITI Pass in Welder Trade plus NAC
- Min. 3 years post qualification exp. in Construction / Metallurgical Industry / Engineering / Mechanical.
- Experience in steel industry will be
preferred.
Assistant – Level 4 (Metallurgy):
- Diploma Pass in Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 60 percentage marks.
- Minimum 3 years post qualification
experience in metallurgical / steel industry.
Assistant – Level 4 (Mechanical):
- Diploma Pass in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60 percentage marks.
- Minimum 3 years post qualification
industrial experience.

Selection Process For MIDHANI Recruitment 2024:
- Selection process test (written / proficiency/ trade test) will be only English Language.
- All eligible and interested applicants should reach the venue on above mentioned dates and time by 08:00 hrs and applicants will not be allowed after 10:30 hrs.
- If the document verification or selection process can’t be conduct on the same day, it will be conduct on the tomorrow or on a later date.
- Subsequent to written / proficiency /trade test will also be conduct at a later date, to those applicants who are further short list in the written test examination.
