BHEL Recruitment 2024: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) announced notification for Welder (on Fixed Tenure Basis) Posts. A total of 50 welder posts will be recruited through this BHEL vacancy. Salary:
Compensation pm during Training (for upto 3 Months):
- All inclusive consolidated amount of Rs. 15,000/- per month is payable during the period under Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) Training.
Compensation per month on Fixed Tenure Appointment:
- Rs. 42,500/- per month consolidated amount is payable during fixed tenure.
Qualification:
- Applicants should have ITI Pass (National Trade Certificate) in Welder Trade plus National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Work Experience and Capabilities For BHEL Recruitment 2024:
- Min. two years of Work exp. (exp. should be exclusive of Apprenticeship/Trainee if any) in welding post acquiring National Apprenticeship Certificate.
- Welders having Indian Boiler Regulation certification can also apply for this BHEL recruitment.
Remarks For BHEL Recruitment 2024:
- Applicants belonging to General EWS & Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories should have obtained minimum 60 percentage marks in ITI and National Apprenticeship Certificate both.
- Applicants belonging to ST & SC categories should have obtained minimum 55 percentage marks in ITI and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) both.

Selection Process:
- All eligible offline applications received will be screened with reference to the advertisement experience and qualifications in welding & will be consider for further selection process.
- In the event of eligible applicants being large, they will be short list for Skill Test in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of posts, in order of merit list to the numbers of posts in every categories.
- The merit list will be based on the marks received in ITI and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (Weightage of 50 percentage to ITI Marks, 25 percentage to National Apprenticeship Certificate Marks) & marks for qualifying Experience (25 percentage Weightage).
Joining Travelling Allowance (TA) For BHEL Recruitment 2024:
- While joining the appointee is eligible for 2nd Class Sleeper train fare for self.
