- Diploma Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Paint Technology/Automobile)
Executive, Sr. Executive, Jr. Manager – Paint Shop Maintenance:
- Diploma Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical)
Experience & Skills :-
Executive/Sr. Executive – Production (Paint Shop):
- Proven Production Experience of 4-12 years in paint shop.
- Working experience in PTED, Manual Sealer & Underbody Robotic Application, undercoat, Topcoat, 5s and Kaizen.
- Experience of team managing, analysis and action plan implementation.
- MS office (Excel and Word) operation skill
Executive, Sr. Executive, Jr. Manager – Paint Shop Maintenance:
- Line in Charge (Executive/Senior Executive/ Junior Manager) – 4 Years to 12 Years
- Experience in Robotic Maintenance and tools like TPM, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, WHY-WHY Analysis
Role and Responsibilities :-
Executive/Sr. Executive – Production (Paint Shop):
- Knowledge of liquid painting, Painting Robots (Fanuc and Yaskawa), and Paint shop equipments.
- Well versed in defect analysis through 7QC tools.
- Expert in shop floor safety like PPE’s, Unsafe act, unsafe condition etc.
- Monitoring and controlling defect generation/Process Handling.
Executive, Sr. Executive, Jr. Manager – Paint Shop Maintenance:
- Knowledge of Paint shop equipments i.e. Pumps. Exhaust, Blowers, Conveyors, Ovens, Fan & Pumps, Painting Booths, Paint Mixing Rooms, Fire Fighting systems, Drivers, VFD.
- Painting Robots, ES Gun, Robot Programming, PLC Programming.
